Opportunities for the Elite Freshers Candidates-

  • 1 They get to work on projects which require a high level of expertise on subject-matter that enables them to work on complex assignments.
  • 2 They become a part of the research team that allows them to stay abreast with the latest developments and explore new technologies/tools and trends.
  • 3 Elite Freshers may also be put on client interactions for project briefings and help devise POCs based on client requirement(s).
  • 4 Candidates become an active member of our exclusive ‘Center Of Excellence (COE)’ team, and depending on their area of expertise, they shall be given an opportunity to assist in the endeavors undertaken by the COE cell.
  • 5 On completion of 1 year, the candidates from the ‘Elite Freshers’ batch shall be shouldered the responsibility to train the freshers, review their codes, and become a mentor to the juniors/newcomers.
